5.using properties
Fire-resistant property
The cable fire-resistant property is tested according to GB/T or IEC60331.
ZB: temperature of flame is 750℃ to 800℃,time of supply fire is 90 minutes;
ZA: temperature of flame is 950℃ to 1000℃,time of supply fire is 90 minutes;
Test result: 3A fuse must not be fused in 90 minutes at rated voltage.
Operation characteristic
XLPE insulated cable:
The maximum operating temperature of cores shall not exceed 90℃ when the cable is used for long period. The temperature of cores shall not exceed 250℃ at a short circuit (The max. duration dose not exceed 5 seconds).
The maximum operating temperature of cores shall not exceed 70℃ when the cable is used for long period. The temperature of cores shall not exceed 160℃ at a short circuit (The max. duration dose not exceed 5 seconds).
